Glute Band – MB FIT

Glute bands are small elastic fabric bands that are placed at mid-thigh level to perform various lower body exercises. So, whether you are new to weight training or have been doing it for a while, glute bands are perfect for your lower body workouts. The use of the glute band meets different profiles of objectives:

• Toning and sculpting the Glutes (bum area)
• Intensify your workout sessions

PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
Always place the band flat on the arm or leg, so that the pressure of the band is evenly distributed on the skin.
For lying exercises, use a yoga mat.
Be sure to wear appropriate athletic clothing and footwear, such as sneakers or athletic shoes.
